Anzac Baked ‘Oats’

  • Preheat the oven to 160 deg C
  • In a food Processor blitz the coconut and almonds until they resemble oats. (porridge)
  • Place in a large bowl.
  • Add the other dry ingredients to the bowl and mix.
  • Add the egg, melted butter, cream and Maple flavoured syrup and mix well to combine.
  • Place into a small baking dish, and bake for 20-25 mins, the centre will still be soft and a little wobbly.
  • Let it sit for 10 mins before serving.
  • Serve with dollop cream.
