Spoonie Vietnamese Noodle Salad (Bún Nem Nướng)

  • 1 Nem Nướng Burger Patty
  • 1/2 cup Woolworths Kaleslaw
  • 1/4 Avocado chopped
  • 1 packet Vermicelli Noodles Single Serve
  • 2 tsp Nuoc Cham
  • 1/4 cup Coriander (Ground) fresh, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 cup Mint (Fresh) fresh, roughly chopped
  • Long Red Chilli (Fresh Cayenne Pepper) optional
  • Peanuts optional

  • Use frozen avo instead of fresh and save time and energy chopping.

Cut the carbs
The carbs in this primarily come from the vermicelli. If you want to completely ketofy this dish, swap the noodles for 1/2 cup bean sprouts. Dress them like you would the noodles and enjoy!
