Iced Coffee

  • 250 ml Chilled Brewed Coffee
  • 125 ml Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Tbsp. Erythritol
  • 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. Collagen Powder
  • tsp. Cinnamon
  • Mint Sprig Garnish


  • Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender, blitz until smooth enough to drink.
  • Pour into a serving glass and sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with mint if you like.
