Instructions

  • Preheat oven 180℃.
  • Grease and line a brownie pan.
  • Place ingredients (except choc chips) into a food processor and process until smooth, scraping down the sides a few times to make sure everything is incorporated well.
  • Mix the chocolate chips in by hand and spoon the mix into the lined tray, level out the batter with a spatula.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until just cooked. There should be a little jiggle in the centre when you wiggle the tray.
  • Allow the brownie to cool in the tray for 15 minutes, then remove from the tray and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  • Slice into 16 pieces.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 3 months and take out and thaw as required.
