Keto Cheesy Baaps

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Egg (Large)
  • 1/4 cup butter melted, OR Ghee
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Grated Tasty Cheese or Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Flat Leaf Parsley (Fresh)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 190℃.
  • Line an oven tray with baking paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the eggs, melted butter, and sour cream to the bowl and stir to combine.
  • Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese and chopped parsley.
  • Using an ice-cream scoop or spoon, drop 8-10 portions of the dough onto the lined baking tray.
  • Bake the rolls for 15-18 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top.
