Keto Cheeseburger Soup

Indulge in the deliciousness of Keto Cheeseburger Soup. This low-carb recipe is loaded with savory flavors and is perfect for a cozy meal.

  • 500 g Beef Mince
  • 50 g Brown Onion
  • 2 Garlic (Fresh Clove)
  • 90 g Streaky Bacon
  • 1 Cup Tinned Tomatoes (Chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato Paste
  • 1 ½ tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Cups Beef Broth or Stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 ½ Cups Grated Tasty Cheese or Mexican Blend Cheese
  • 3 Tbsp. Flat Leaf Parsley (Fresh)
  • 1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ Cup Cherry Tomatoes


  • Dice the onion.
  • Crush the garlic.
  • Chop the bacon into small pieces.
  • Heat the oil in a large sauté pan or Dutch oven. Fry the onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes until soft and golden.
  • Add the beef mince and bacon to the pot and cook for 5 mins or until browned.
  • Stir in the tomatoes, tomato paste, dijon mustard, beef stock/broth, season with salt and pepper.
  • Bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes or until it is thick.
  • Add the cream cheese, 1 ¼ Cups of the grated cheese and parsley. Mix well until the cheese melts.
  • Stir in the heavy cream. Remove from the heat. Adjust the seasoning to your taste.
  • Serve in bowls topped with the remaining grated cheese sprinkled over the top. And a little parsley to garnish.
