The Creamiest Keto Cauli Mash

  • 500 g Cauliflower Florets roughly chopped
  • 40 g Butter
  • 75 g Cream Cheese
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste


Conventional Method

  • Add cauliflower to a large microwave safe jug and cover with cling wrap.
  • Microwave on high power for 4-6 minutes. You may need to adjust the cooking time based on your microwave's wattage and the desired level of tenderness. You want the cauliflower cooked until soft.
  • In a high powered blender, place cooked cauliflower, cream cheese, butter and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.

Thermal Method

  • Place chopped cauliflower into TM bowl and turbo pulse 3-4 times.
  • Scrape down sides of bowl.
  • Add butter and cook for 12 minutes, 100 degrees, speed 1.
  • Add cream cheese, salt and pepper and blend for 30 seconds, speed 7.


I always used frozen cauliflower. You can of course use fresh.
Add whatever extra to this. I often throw in a few cubes of frozen spinach when I cook the cauliflower for some extra nutrients.
Chives or parmesan cheese is also super tasty additions for something a lil different.
