 Ketofying Burgers

Finding satisfying and flavorful keto friendly burger options can sometimes be a challenge. That’s where our Keto Bacon Cheeseburger Waffle comes in. By swapping out traditional burger buns for a savory waffle made from almond flour and cheese, we’ve created a dish that’s not only delicious but also fits seamlessly into a keto eating plan.

Chaffles are a popular low-carb, keto-friendly alternative to traditional waffles. The name “chaffle” is a combination of “cheese” and “waffle,” reflecting the main ingredients used to make them. They are a perfect burger bun!

Almond flour is a popular choice for low-carb and gluten-free baking, as it provides a hearty texture and nutty flavor without the high carbohydrate content of traditional wheat flour. Combined with cheese and eggs, it forms the perfect base for our waffle, adding richness and depth of flavor while keeping the carb count low.

Gluten-Free Goodness

In addition to being keto-friendly, our Bacon Cheeseburger Waffle is also gluten-free, making it a great option for those with gluten sensitivities or celiac disease. By using almond flour and omitting traditional wheat-based ingredients, we’ve created a dish that’s safe and enjoyable for everyone to savor.

How to Make It

Creating this delectable dish is easier than you might think.

Simply mix together almond flour, cheese, eggs, and seasonings to create the waffle batter. Cook the batter in a waffle iron until golden brown and crispy, then top it with all your favorite cheeseburger fixings—think juicy burger patties, crispy bacon, melty cheese, fresh lettuce, ripe tomatoes, and tangy pickles.

Drizzle with sugar-free ketchup or mustard for added flavor, and voila! You’ve got yourself a keto-friendly Bacon Cheeseburger Waffle that’s sure to satisfy even the heartiest appetite.
