Apple and Apricot Wings

  • 500 g Chicken Wingettes or wings with tips removed and cut into 2 parts. Save tips for stock
  • ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp. Dried Mint
  • 4 Tbsp. Apple Apricot Jam Aunty Mary’s
  • 2 tsp. Olive Oil


  • Preheat oven 200℃
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Combine the garlic, dried mint and olive oil in a large bowl. Add the chicken wingettes and toss to coat. Place the chicken in a single layer on the lined tray and bake for 20 mins, turning halfway through the cooking time.
  • Baste the chicken with any pan juices and spread jam over them, coating both sides.
  • Season with salt and pepper, return to the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes or until golden and sticky.
